These terms cover your use of usebollard.com and the free tools on it. By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to support@safock.com.

Who we are

The free tools

• The calculators and document generators are free to use, for your own organisation or for clients. No account is needed.
• Their results are estimates built from the figures you enter. They are not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Check anything you rely on before you act on it.
• Documents you make with them, such as purchase orders, invoices and receiving notes, are yours. You are responsible for what they say and for meeting the rules that apply to them where you trade.
• The tools run in your browser. What you type stays on your device unless you ask us to email you a result; the privacy policy explains what happens then.

Bollard subscriptions

These terms don't cover the Bollard platform itself. A Bollard subscription, its price and its service levels are set by the written agreement Safock signs with each customer.

Fair use

Please don't use the site or its forms to send spam, to break the law, to try to get into systems you aren't meant to, or to put a load on the site that stops others using it. We may block traffic that does.

Our content

The site's text, design, guides and code belong to Safock. You are welcome to quote and link to the guides with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or the tools to publish as your own.

Links to other sites

Guides link to outside sources so you can check the figures. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site and the free tools are provided as they are, without warranty. We work to keep them accurate and available but don't promise they will be error-free or always online. As far as the law allows, Safock is not liable for losses that come from using the site or the free tools, or from relying on their results. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
